SHIPPING POLICY
Because everything is made by our owner, Tiffany, in small batches, processing time may take up to 1-3 weeks before an order is shipped. Our packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once an order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. After an order is shipped out, it is out of our hands, meaning that if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, you need to contact the USPS with the provided tracking number.
